STRANRAER
Stena Line Ferry Port
The Stena Line port is located very close to the small town centre with the entrance for
departing cars off the small roundabout opposite the petrol station and adjacent
to the Tesco supermarket. Foot passengers should arrive at the main terminal
which is opposite the North West Castle Hotel and are transferred by bus from
here to the departure lounge in time for boarding.
Car parking for Foot Passengers
Small car park situated opposite the main terminal which is mainly used for drop off
and pick up of passengers. This will accommodate approximately 20 cars (short
stay - 20 minutes) A Long/Short Stay car park can also be found 200 yards from
the main terminal. This is floodlit at night and is opposite the Police Station.
This facility is free of charge and is used by many Stena Line passengers,
however it is a public car park and vehicles are left at owners risk.
