Independent customer reviews rate the food at Le Meridien Ile Mauritius as "very good"
Breakfast served with straight champagne is the ultimate way to start the day. The food is amazing, they have an al a carte menu and a small buffet inside with tropical fruit, juices, cereals, toast, pastries. The staff are so bright, cheerful and welcoming in the morning which carries through the day. The menu is small but well considered. You are never left feeling there was nothing that didn’t sound appealing. Portion size is just right.
La Faya and Shells provide excellent a la carte food and the staff are charming. If you like Indian food then the Cumin restaurant provides excellent food.
Upgrading to All Inclusive enables you to consume almost any food or drinks throughout the resort without having to reach into your pocket. There is even a fantastic selection of cocktails you can work your way through which are included in the All Inclusive price
