Summer Pavilion The hotel's signature restaurant is set amidst a lovely garden visible from within through high glass panels. Passing through the Moon gate entrance, into the luxurious interior, which tastefully combines soft fabrics, leather and gold accents in the ceiling finish. A waterfall completes the picturesque setting and provides an elegant backdrop for sumptuous dining. The restaurant features exquisite Cantonese specialties, innovative modern presentation and place setting. Reservations are recommended. Non-smoking restaurant.
