The course is a traditional Links style golf course reminiscent of the Home of golf. St.Andrews in Scotland with double greens and deep bunkers. Designed in association with world renowned golf course architect Karl Litten, Nad Al Sheba Club's course challenges the golfer on accuracy rather than length. There are many water hazards to contend with on both nines. The 18-hole course provides a fair test of golf for both novices and the experienced lower handicapper. The course is supplied by 1 million litres of water per night. Almost 300 lights bathe the course when the sun goes down enabling competition golf until midnight. Golfers wishing to play the course may be required to produce a handicap certificate.
